Purpose and scope

This website presents technology consulting, strategy, identity, design, software development, CRM, automation and artificial intelligence services. It also allows visitors to request a diagnostic, complete a preliminary study and access a private area.

Public content and preliminary diagnostic findings are provided for information only. They are not a binding offer, a final quotation or legal, tax, accounting or employment advice.

03

Use of the website and private area

You must use the service lawfully, provide accurate information and refrain from introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, bypassing security controls or submitting third-party data or documents without a lawful basis.

Private-area access links are personal and temporary and must not be shared. We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect the service, other users or an organisation.

04

Diagnostic and artificial intelligence

AI helps organise information and identify opportunities that still require validation. It can make mistakes and does not replace professional review. INTEQIA reviews scope before committing to functionality, timing, investment or outcomes.

05

Intellectual and industrial property

Unless stated otherwise, INTEQIA’s text, design, code, structure and identity belong to the owner or are used with permission. Project brands, logos and screenshots belong to their respective owners and are shown only to describe real work and products.

06

Availability, liability and links

We work to keep information and systems available and secure, but interruptions, errors or outdated content may occur. External websites are controlled by their owners and are subject to their own terms and policies.

07

Contracting

Each project is formalised through a proposal or agreement defining scope, phases, onboarding, subscription, taxes, support, ownership of deliverables, duration and termination. Those agreed terms take precedence if they differ from this notice.

08

Governing law

Spanish law governs this website. Mandatory jurisdiction rules will apply. In business-to-business relationships, where legally permitted, the parties submit to the courts of Valencia, Spain.
