PRIVACY

Your data is part of the system too. We handle it responsibly.

This policy explains the information we use when you request a diagnostic or access the client area.

Data we process

We process the information you provide, including your name, company, contact details, website and answers about your processes, tools, team, needs and goals.

If you use the private area, we also process access, onboarding and project information, and documents you choose to provide. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal data or unnecessary third-party information.

02

Why we use it

  • To prepare and respond to the diagnostic you request.
  • To manage the pre-contractual relationship and provide the service if you proceed.
  • To create and protect access to the client area.
  • To prevent abuse, preserve security records and comply with legal obligations.
  • To measure navigation only when you expressly accept analytics cookies.

Requesting a diagnostic does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

03

Legal basis

The diagnostic and proposal are based on the pre-contractual steps you request. The portal and subsequent services are based on the agreed relationship. Security relies on our legitimate interest in protecting the service; optional analytics rely on consent.

04

AI and human decisions

We may use AI to organise your answers and prepare a preliminary draft. It does not make exclusively automated decisions with legal effects. A person reviews and approves the final diagnostic before scope or commercial conditions are committed.

The interactive study uses Anthropic AI from the server. Public website content and documents are analysed only when you choose to provide or authorise them.

05

Retention and providers

Non-client contacts are retained for up to 12 months from the last interaction unless deletion is requested earlier. Client information is kept during the relationship and then restricted for applicable legal periods. We do not sell personal data.

06

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent. Email hola@inteqia.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
